{The Tradestone Confections Chocolate Martini}
Winter is finally truly upon us, and we’re taking the sting off the cold through confection concoctions. Chef Fred shared his chocolate martini recipe with us, and we stopped by our sister restaurant, the Treemont, 231 S. 15th Street, Philadelphia, to give it a spin. The results are creamy and rich, without being overly sweet — a perfect toast to the season on a snowy night.  Enjoy!


2oz Milk
2 oz — ( 2/3 of bar) — our Venezuela 72% Single Origin Bar 
1 oz half & half
2 oz Vanilla Vodka


1. Chop chocolate into small pieces & place in bowl
2. Boil milk and pour over chocolate. Stir until completely dissolved.
3. Let cool
4. Stir in half & half 

5. Stir in vodka.  Strain and serve.
